Why Vintra Energy

Every project is thoughtfully engineered—not simply installed—to ensure structural integrity, electrical safety, optimal energy generation, and long-term reliability.

We use premium Zinc-Aluminium-Magnesium (ZAM) mounting structures for ground-mounted and suitable rooftop installations, offering up to 3× higher corrosion resistance than conventional galvanized steel. For industrial rooftops, we use high-grade aluminium mounting structures that provide exceptional corrosion resistance, lower roof loading, and long-term durability. All systems are engineered for wind speeds up to 160 km/h (project-specific structural design), ensuring strength, stability, and decades of reliable performance.

From Tier-1 solar modules and inverters to premium cables, protection devices, earthing systems, and balance-of-system components, every element is carefully selected to deliver dependable performance, enhanced safety, and long-term durability.

Optimized solar infrastructure designed to deliver strong long-term savings with typical payback periods of approximately 4–5 years.

Own the solar infrastructure from Day One while maximizing long-term financial returns on your energy investment.

Reduce exposure to increasing and volatile DISCOM tariffs through stable long-term energy generation.

Every system is engineered around your facility’s energy profile, operational requirements, and future scalability.

High-performance Tier-1 components combined with stringent engineering and quality-focused execution standards.

Single-window execution covering design, procurement, approvals, installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.

Monitor your energy generation, and system health anytime through intelligent digital monitoring, providing complete visibility into the performance of your solar asset.

Our commitment doesn’t end at commissioning. Its  followed by recommended Annual Care Plans to help your system continue operating at peak performance throughout its lifecycle.

Solar is a long-term investment, and we believe your installer should be a long-term partner. From design and installation to monitoring, maintenance, future upgrades, and ongoing support, we remain committed to helping you maximize the value of your investment for decades.

FAQ,s

1. How much can our housing society save with rooftop solar?

A well-designed rooftop solar system can reduce the electricity cost of common facilities such as lifts, pumps, corridor lighting, clubhouses, and other shared loads by up to 90%. The actual savings depend on your society’s electricity consumption, available rooftop area, system capacity, and local utility regulations.

Yes. Under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, eligible Group Housing Societies (GHS) and Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) can receive a subsidy of ₹18,000 per kW for common area solar installations, subject to the applicable scheme guidelines and a maximum subsidy of ₹90 lakh.

Vintra Energy assists eligible societies throughout the subsidy process.

Absolutely. Our team manages the complete process, including technical documentation, application submission, coordination with the DISCOM, and assistance with subsidy-related formalities, making the process simple and hassle-free for your society.

Yes. Since the rooftop is a common asset, the project should be approved by the housing society as per its governing rules. In most cases, approval is obtained through a Managing Committee resolution or during the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Our team can provide technical presentations, financial estimates, and supporting documents to help the committee make an informed decision.

For societies opting for a CAPEX model, the investment is typically recovered within 4 to 6 years, depending on electricity tariffs, system size, and subsidy eligibility. After the payback period, the society continues to benefit from significantly lower electricity costs for the remaining life of the system.

As a general guideline, a 10 kW rooftop solar system requires approximately 900-1,000 sq. ft. of shadow-free rooftop space. Our engineers conduct a detailed site survey to determine the optimal system size based on your available roof area and energy requirements.

Safety and durability are built into every Vintra Energy installation. We use:

  • Premium Tier-1 solar modules and high-quality inverters
  • Corrosion-resistant mounting structures engineered for local wind conditions
  • Comprehensive earthing and lightning protection
  • DC and AC surge protection devices
  • Strict quality inspections and industry-standard installation practices

Every project is designed for reliable performance over a service life of 25 years or more.

Solar systems require minimal maintenance. Vintra Energy provides comprehensive O&M services, including periodic cleaning, preventive inspections, performance monitoring, and prompt technical support to ensure your system operates efficiently for years.

Vintra Energy installs high-efficiency TOPCon solar modules from leading manufacturers. These panels provide excellent performance, improved temperature characteristics, and enhanced long-term reliability, making them well suited for residential and housing society applications.

The typical process involves:

  1. Initial discussion with the Managing Committee.
  2. Preliminary technical and financial feasibility study by Vintra Energy.
  3. Approval through the Managing Committee or AGM resolution.
  4. Site survey and detailed engineering.
  5. Submission of required documents for utility approvals.
  6. Installation, testing, commissioning, and net-metering.
  7. Assistance with subsidy processing, wherever applicable.

Vintra Energy supports the society through every stage of the project.
